Impact Christian Center (ICC) is God’s vision for the Winchester area as given to our Founder Mark D. Kennerly, Senior Pastor. ICC is a multi-ethic, non-denominational church focused on reaching the lost with the Gospel and developing every member into a disciple of Jesus Christ.
Vision Statement:
ICC is dedicated to bringing every nation, tribe,
people and language into the unity of Christ.
Reaching the lost with the Gospel, healing the
sick, caring for the needy and developing every
member into a disciple of Jesus Christ.
We believe that the Bible is the only inspired and infallible Word of God, not man made, but given to holy men as they were moved by the Holy Ghost (II Timothy 3:16, II Peter 1:20-21).
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19, Ephesians 4:4-6).
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, and His miracles (John 10:30, Luke 1:26-31, 2 Corinthians 5:21, and John 2:23).
We also believe in His victorious and atoning death through the shedding of His blood, His bodily resurrection, and His ascension to the right hand of the Father where He reigns as King. We believe in His personal return to earth in power and glory (Acts 2:22-36; I Peter 3:21-22).
We believe the promise and the baptism of the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:8, Acts 2:39 & Acts 2:4), is given to believers through prayer (Acts 2:1-4), preaching of the Word of God (Acts 10:44-48), and the laying on of hands (Acts 19:1-6).
We believe that the Gifts of the Holy Spirit are as alive and potent today as they were in the early church, and that they are given to believers to supernaturally serve the Lord Jesus Christ with signs and wonders (Acts 1:8, 1 Corinthians 12:4-11) that confirm the preached and taught Word of God (Mark 16:20).
We believe that just as salvation was achieved at The Cross, and available today, for all who put their faith in Jesus Christ, so too is; healing, deliverance and the undoing of the works of the devil in the lives of Christians (Matthew 8:16-17, Isaiah 53:4-5, 1 Peter 2:24, 1 John 3:8).
We believe in water baptism as an outward public display of an inward change and association with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ (Romans 6:4, Acts 1:5, Matt. 28:19).
